TERMS OF USE

A ticket order is complete when our payment gateway confirms your payment. At that point there is a contract between you and the club for admission to the match named on the ticket.

Your e-ticket carries a QR code that admits the number of people printed on it, once. Treat it like cash: anyone presenting it first will be admitted, and we cannot re-admit you afterwards.

While you are paying, your seats are held for a limited time and released again if payment is not completed. A released hold is not a cancelled order — it simply returns the seats to sale.

Admission is subject to the venue's rules. The club or the venue may refuse entry, or ask you to leave, where those rules are broken.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the club will announce what happens to tickets already sold. Any other refund request is considered case by case — contact the club.

Merchandise is sold subject to availability. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Delivery is within Malaysia only, at the shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Fan club membership is paid online through Billplz when you sign up. Your membership becomes active only after the payment gateway confirms a successful payment.

If payment is not completed, the membership does not become active. If money is collected but the payment cannot be matched to the membership or the amount is wrong, the club records the amount as a refund due instead of activating the membership.

A successful renewal extends an active membership by 365 days from its current expiry date, or from the payment date if it has already lapsed. Starting but not completing a renewal does not end an active membership.

Membership cancellation is handled by the club and is not a self-service action on this site. Cancelling a membership does not automatically issue a refund; any amount the system records as due is settled by club staff through the payment gateway.

Rosters, schedules, results and statistics are published for information. We try to keep them current, but they are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete and should not be relied on as the official record of any competition.

Team names, logos, competition marks and photography on this site may be subject to rights held by others. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy is the version that applies to that purchase.
