HOW IT WORKS

From booking to tip-off

Buy online, before you travel
Every seat is sold through this site. Pick a zone on the court map, choose how many adult and child tickets you need, and pay. There is no box office to queue at on the night.

Your ticket arrives by email
One order gets one QR code covering everyone on it — you do not need a separate ticket per person. Keep the email, or open your order link on your phone when you arrive.

Show the QR at the door
Staff scan the code once and the whole party walks in together. Screen brightness up helps. A printed copy scans just as well if you would rather not rely on a battery.

Find your zone, sit anywhere in it
Zones are areas, not numbered seats — your ticket gets you into that stand and you pick your own spot once inside. Arriving earlier means more choice.

GOOD TO KNOW

Do children need a ticket?: Yes, and there is a cheaper child price on every zone. Child means under 18 — you'll see both prices side by side when you choose quantities. Bring the child's IC (MyKid / MyKad) — age is checked at the gate.
How many tickets can I buy at once?: Each match sets its own limit, shown on the ticket page while you pick quantities. If you need more than that for a group, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Where exactly is the game?: The venue is listed on each fixture — JST does not play every home game at the same hall, so check the match you booked rather than assuming. Doors, parking and bag rules are set by that venue and are printed on your ticket email.
When should I arrive?: Doors usually open an hour before tip-off. Zones are unreserved, so turning up early is how you get the seats you want.
What about last-minute changes?: Any last-minute change — timing, venue or doors — goes up on our Instagram first, so check @johor.southerntigers for the latest before you set off.
What if I can't make it?: Ticket sales are final, but if a match is cancelled or rescheduled we contact every buyer directly using the email on the order.
Can I get in with a screenshot?: Yes, as long as the QR is fully visible and not cropped. If the scan fails, staff can look your order up by the order number in your email.
